FastLocalBuyers

Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE — PLACEHOLDER]

The service

Fast Local Buyers is a referral and matching service: we connect homeowners who wish to sell with independent third-party cash buyers. We are not a real estate brokerage, agent, lender, law firm, or tax advisor, and we do not purchase properties, make offers, or set offer prices. Any purchase agreement is solely between you and the buyer.

No professional advice

Content on this site — including descriptions of foreclosure, probate, tax, and legal processes — is general information, not legal, financial, or tax advice. Timelines and procedures vary by jurisdiction and situation. Consult a licensed attorney, CPA, or HUD-approved housing counselor for advice on your circumstances.

Buyer vetting

We apply vetting standards to network buyers (including proof of funds and transaction history) and monitor conduct, but we do not guarantee any buyer's performance, offer amount, or closing. You are responsible for reviewing any purchase agreement, and we encourage independent review before signing.

Your submissions

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to offer the property for sale. Use of the service to submit false, fraudulent, or third-party information without consent is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Local Buyers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service, and our total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: offers@fastlocalbuyers.com.
